Open Enrollment is December the 1st to the 15th

If you are benefits eligible and want to enroll or make changes to your insurance you may do so from December 1st to the 15th. Changes will be effective January 1, 2008. The benefit enrollment form is available for downloading here or can be picked up in the Human Resources Office.
