Board of Commissioners is the governing body for the agency.
The Board is composed of eight public officials and/or
their representatives; eight representatives from the
business, labor, religious, welfare, education, civil
rights, and other major non-governmental groups and interests
in the community; and eight elected representatives from
each of the geographic areas in Fresno County. A unique
feature of a Community Action Agency is that its Board
and Staff must reflect the ethnicity and characteristics
of the clientele served. |
