Favorite advice I give: “Basically the same thing my dad told me. Also to travel and do everything you’d like to do before you settle down.”

Proudest moment: Being a single mom and seeing my two sons graduate from high school and just recently became a grandmother I have a 6 month old granddaughter named Alexis.”
Greatest personal accomplishment: “Being a single parent, raising my 2 boys, and buying my home.”
Dream vacation: “To go to Hawaii.”
Favorite weekend activity: “My husband has a speed boat and I wish I could go to the lake every weekend with it.”

Scariest experience: “When my youngest boy was in the 2nd grade and my parents were babysitting him. He had decided to go to a friend’s house and we thought we lost my child!”
If I had a million dollars I would… “I would take care of my parents-buy them a house and of course take care of my family.”
Favorite place to shop: “I really don’t like to shop but I go to Kohls.”
Favorite childhood memory: “Playing with my sisters and neighbors out at the park.”
I admire… “My parents- they had 12 kids. 7 girls and 5 boys and they still help us out with the grandchildren. They also helped me raise my children and they have been married for 56 years.”

I like to watch: “I love watching Law & Order.”
Favorite music or artist: “Barry White.”
In my spare time… “I love sewing. I make my own clothes and spend a lot of time with my granddaughter.”
