Favorite advice I give: “Treat others the way you want to be treated.”
Favorite restaurant, dish, or pig-out food: I love Asian or Mediterranean food. One favorite dish I like is the Lebanese Chicken and Rice at Mediterranean Grill or Pho at the Vietnamese restaurants.
Proudest moment: when my 6-year-old received a 95% on his GLAS test at school
Greatest personal accomplishment: When I graduated from CSUF with my BA in Social Work.
Best vacation I’ve taken/dream vacation: My dream vacation is to visit all the Miao villages and the Guizhou Province in China, to learn more about my ancestral history
Favorite weekend activity: d oing arts, crafts, or scrapbooking with my children
Last good movie I saw: “Condor Hero” 2007 Chinese television drama series which consisted of 34 episodes/9 discs.
Scariest experience: I woke up in the middle of the night one time, and my musical snow globe was playing music; everyone was asleep.
If I had a million dollars I would … pay off all of my financial debts, put some in a savings account for my children, put some in a savings account for me and my husband, give some to help my parents, siblings, and in-laws, and enjoy a long needed vacation.
Favorite place to shop: Wal-Mart
Favorite childhood memory: p icking big fresh apples from the apple orchard with my family
Words that describe me best: From what I’ve been told, I am open-minded, have a good sense of humor, easy-going, and organized.
I like to watch: Any interesting movies from horrors, romance, comedies, action and international.
In my spare time … I like to read, surf the web, or watch my children play.
If I’ve learned one thing in life, it is … enjoy every moment and appreciate the things you have.
