First Job: I worked at the Holiday Inn – in Housekeeping – the summer of my senior year in high school.

Birthplace: Fresno

Years at EOC: almost 9 years

Best advice ever received: “ Go to church!”

Favorite advice I give: Well I work at a school and I tell all the kids to stay in school, go to college, graduate, and have a job that they’d enjoy and make good money!

Favorite restaurant, dish, or pig-out food: Edo -ya and having Teppan-Yaki, filet mignon w/ shrimp

Proudest moment: t he birth of my grandchildren: Devin, Nadiyah, and Audrina

Greatest personal accomplishment: r aising my 3 children to adulthood

Best vacation I’ve taken/dream vacation: taking a road trip to Texas with my children to attend a family reunion

Favorite weekend activity: shopping with my mom and my daughter

Last good movie I saw: my favorite, “A Walk in the Clouds”

Scariest experience: l osing a grandson

If I had a million dollars I would … build a chapel! My father has been working on this project with the United Farm Worker Union and the Chavez family to build a memorial for those that lost their lives during the strike; it would be in Keene, California, at La Paz, the Union Headquarters, where Cesar Chavez is buried.

Favorite place to shop: Home Goods

Favorite childhood memory: I have been blessed with great parents and older brothers that I can go on and on about favorite memories!

Words that describe me best: friendly, creative

I like to watch: my grandson play baseball

In my spare time … I enjoy Scrapbooking, sewing, and planning fun parties!

If I’ve learned one thing in life, it is… treat people like you would like to be treated.
