Favorite advice I give: “You are in charge of your own destiny.”
Favorite restaurant, dish, or pig-out food: Pho 75, Joe’s Crab Shack and Seafood Company.
Proudest moment: anytime I’ve helped someone take a step in becoming self-sufficient
Greatest personal accomplishment: when I played my first college game
Best vacation I’ve taken/dream vacation: The best vacation I’ve taken was when I went to Las Vegas for nearly 2 weeks . In that time I went shopping, went to a Latin-theme dance show, was thrown a surprise birthday party and visited my family and friends; it was a blast. Since my dad is from Belize, I would love to go there, my family says although it is a very poor country it is extremely beautiful. That is my dream vacation
Favorite weekend activity: going to the movies, thrift stores, flea markets and working out when I can
Last good movie I saw: Precious – a movie based on the novel Push
Scariest experience: when my mother and grandmother passed away
If I had a million dollars I would … donate money to the Breast Cancer Association and nonprofit organizations.
Favorite place to shop : The Buffalo Exchange in Berkley, CA, and there’s a location in Las Vegas, NV
Favorite childhood memory : When I was in the second grade my mother got me this Halloween costume that I felt at the time would make me the laughing stock of the Halloween costume contest and the whole school, but she was certain I would win for best Halloween costume. You know what, I did! I refuse to tell you what my costume was. But if you ever see me around and you want to know what my costume was ask me and I will tell you. It’s classic!
Words that describe me best : honest, smart, hardworking, caring, self-motivated, loving and definitely friendly I love people.
I like to watch: Andrew Zimmern (Bizarre Foods) and A&E Intervention
In my spare time … I love to watch movies, shop at thrift stores and hangout with friends and family.
If I’ve learned one thing in life, it is … life is short tomorrow is not promised, I truly feel you should appreciate people while they are still here on earth, make sure you tell your love ones you love them, enjoy people and life.
