First Job: sorting tomatoes when I was 11 years old; I worked the night shift. Super fun, really!
Birthplace: I was born in the wonderful city of Fresno, but was raised in the cantaloupe center of the world, Mendota, CA!!
Years at EOC: 5 years
Best advice ever received: “Always take care of yourself first!” (Following it now, not then J )
Favorite advice I give: “Don’t give up!”
Favorite restaurant, dish, or pig-out food: My favorite restaurant is probably Edo-Ya’s, and anywhere where I can hang out with my family or friends.
Proudest moment: I have many proud moments … recently going back to CSU, Fresno.
Greatest personal accomplishment: I have quite a few, but I’m aiming at completing my bachelor’s degree.
Best vacation I’ve taken/dream vacation: visiting Los Planes de Rendero, El Salvador, and getting to experience time with my family and learning more about my culture. My dream vacation would have to be visiting Europe, especially Rome.
Favorite weekend activity: lounging around with my boys, Evan Giovanni and Julian
Last good movie I saw: I watch movies all the time but in recent times, it would have to be Gran Torino by Clint Eastwood. That was a great movie.
Scariest experience: being 27 and realizing I was still not independent and taking that step towards total independence
If I had a million dollars I would … pay my bills, save some, blow the rest in traveling and being adventurous!!! (Yes, my sons would tag along)
Favorite place to shop: Target, Ross, and DD’s
Favorite childhood memory: staying at home on weekends, lounging around all day watching movies with my family
Words that describe me best: spontaneous, dedicated, loyal, mix, strong, encouraging, faithful, dork, adventurous, and too more that describe me.
I like to watch: all CSI’s, Desperate Housewife’s, and can never get enough of Friends!
In my spare time … I shop!!
If I’ve learned one thing in life, it is … expect the unexpected! |
