SOUL
Case Manager |
First Job: My first paid job was at Wendy’s when I was in 10 th grade.
Birthplace: Fresno
Years at EOC: they tell me 5 years now
Best advice ever received: “The greatest gift you can give your children is roots and wings.”
Favorite advice I give: “Be honest with me and I can help you figure it out.”
Favorite restaurant, dish, or pig-out food: I love sea shells, meat and cheese. (Bachelor food)
Proudest moment: Two moments: 1. I saved a girl that had tried to commit suicide and 2. I will be seeing my daughter, Danielle, graduate from SOUL this year.
Greatest personal accomplishment: I told myself I would work in Probation and I got the job. I then told myself I will work in a school to be closer to my kids, and now I do work at the coolest school in town. Plus, the New Orleans Saints Won the Super Bowl.
Best vacation I’ve taken/dream vacation: I want to go to Mexico and see the Temples and relax on the beach in a hammock with a good brew.
Favorite weekend activity: I like to get up early and buy odd things at the Cherry Auction or thrift stores, and do my yard work and my mommy’s.
Last good movie I saw: QUEST FOR FIRE…I am going def and this movie was about cavemen
Scariest experience: I have talked to and been touched by a ghost. That was freaky.
If I had a million dollars I would … try not to tell anyone. Then I would fix my hearing, fix my knee and buy a cute little home with a cool garden and some nice simple furniture. I would then put some away for my kids that are working hard, pay all my bills, and try to help out the rest of my family. With what is left and if the interest rates are good, I will retire at a decent age and open a little bar and hot wing joint that plays blues and caters to Saints fans.
Favorite place to shop: I don’t like to shop…that’s for my daughters and my son.
Favorite childhood memory: playing with all my army men in the dirt
Words that describe me best : funny, sweet , hardworking , Dad … that’s good.
I like to watch: King Of Queens
In my spare time … I try to visit with my dad but get busy helping my mom…sometimes I just take a nap and re-energize.
If I’ve learned one thing in life, it is… don’t ask me questions because I love to talk about everything.
