• Select a Provider Type from list
• Select a Specialty (if needed)

• Enter your last name
• Click on "LOG IN"
• Click on " Fresno CTY E.O.C."
• Select # of miles you are willing to travel
• Enter ZIP/Postal code
• Click on "FIND NOW"

• Login with your username and password
• If you are not registered, click “Not Registered” and create an account
• Click on "Find Local Pharmacy"
• Enter "Zip Code" OR "City" and "State/Province"
• Indicate the maximum distance you are willing to travel
• Click on "Search"
