SOUL/Sanctuary staff unable to obtain IP address; could not access Internet or GroupWise email. TLC1 and TLC3 staff not able to access GroupWise via Windows client (OK via Web Access). |
Removed firewall. Added DHCP to Cisco router. Eliminated DSL at SOUL/Sanctuary, and routed Internet traffic through T1 at Executive Plaza. Created VPN's between TLC1, TLC3 and Executive Plaza, and moved TLC1 and TLC3 staff mailboxes to primary post office. |
