Expired server certificates Intranet (www2.fresnoeoc.org) and valleycap.org web sites not loading. Ran utility to fix and recreate server certificates.

Firewall hardware failure at SOUL/ Sanctuary, 2336 Calaveras SOUL/Sanctuary staff unable to obtain IP address; could not access Internet or GroupWise email. TLC1 and TLC3 staff not able to access GroupWise via Windows client (OK via Web Access). Removed firewall. Added DHCP to Cisco router. Eliminated DSL at SOUL/Sanctuary, and routed Internet traffic through T1 at Executive Plaza. Created VPN's between TLC1, TLC3 and Executive Plaza, and moved TLC1 and TLC3 staff mailboxes to primary post office.
