|  Our supervisors discovered the essential skills and techniques to bring out the best in their employees, learned time management skills, and uncovered methods to handle employee discipline. On Thursday, May 22, twenty-four EOC managers celebrated the completion of Community Action Supervisory Training (CAST).
This seven-week course, geared toward staff in supervisory roles, focused on learning and enhancing supervisory skills and incorporates teamwork and self-directed study.
The class, which was first offered this spring, was a huge success and will be offered again in the fall.
