LCC's basketball team "LCC All Stars" took 1st place during the Regional Basketball Tournament held Saturday, April 27 at FoodMaxx parking lot on Fresno & C streets. In addition to a 1st prize trophy, the team won $100 cash prize!

The LCC All Stars demonstrated great sportsmanship and athletic ability under the direction of Head Coach and LCC Corpsmember Development Facilitator Al Boyd.

The “All Day Youth Celebration”, sponsored by Feed My Sheep Ministries, included a basketball tournament, carnival games, face painting, and hip-hop dance contest. The goal of the event was to discourage high-risk youth from joining gangs.
