| The 7th Community Action Leadership Academy (CALA) came to a conclusion yesterday as 23 employees received a Certificate of Training during their graduation ceremony. Dr. Jackie Ryle, Provost, congratulated each graduate as they came forward to receive their certificate. “This, once again, was a very special group of EOC employees who were eager to learn and move forward in their careers,” said Dr. Ryle.
CALA includes seven courses that involved interactive participation, is focused on learning leadership skills and incorporates teamwork and self-directed study.
