|  Our Executive Director, Roger Palomino, is the newly elected Secretary of the Community Action Partnership (CAP) Board of Directors – the national organization representing 1,000 Community Action Agencies. Mr. Palomino was sworn-in before a group of more than 2,000 Community Action Agency members during CAP’s annual convention late last month.
