The Diversities II and Spartans went back and forth in this high scoring game, and in the end it was the Spartans who pulled away with the victory. The Spartans opened the first inning with four runs, which the DII’s countered with seven of their own. The next few innings had a couple of runs scored by each team, until the Spartans pulled away with 6 runs in the fourth inning. A last minute rally by the DII’s wasn’t enough as the final score was 15-10.

Next game will be played this Friday at 6:00 p.m. at the Regional Sports Complex – Field 5. The Regional Sports Complex is located on Jensen and West streets at 1707 W. Jensen Avenue in Fresno.
