| Over 100 members of our Agency’s management staff took part in an intense training session on preventing workplace harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
Shelline Bennett, Attorney at Law, led the two-hour session that covered laws that prohibit harassment, discrimination, and retaliation including the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, the Americas with Disabilities Act of 1990, the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, and our policy against harassment; and explained protected status/classifications, damages and liability, and options for resolutions.
