| Spring has already sprung but that doesn’t mean allergy sufferers are off the hook. Allergens such as pollen, mold, ragweed, and dust mites will be in the air this fall and that means allergy suffers will have one more season of red, itchy, watery eyes and a runny nose.
There is hope. Dr. Sim Lee with the Allergy Asthma Center gives us tips on how to reduce, if not prevent, allergies and answers all your questions about asthma this Thursday, October 30, in the Executive Board Room. The 13 th session in our Road To Wellness series begins at noon.
The cost of this session is $5.00. Payroll deduction is available.
First time participants attending two consecutive sessions will receive a free:
- pedometer
- journal
- Randy Recommends food sample
- raffle entry
-
Road to Wellness is an all-encompassing, 12-week program that will educate, motivate, and provide employees the support needed to improve their overall health.
