Join us at noon this Thursday, January 8 the Executive Board Room as our Road to Wellness series continues. Martha Zarate, Program Coordinator with our Rural Tobacco Education Program, shares with us the risks of smoking and the dangers posed to those around you. She will also share tips on steps to quit smoking and cessation programs.
