|  Employees who access their payroll information via the Employee Self-Service website can now print their 2008 W-2. Access to tax information back to 2004 is also available at the site.
Would you like your Form W-2 before they are mailed, but you are not yet a member of Employee Self-Service?
You are eligible if you have direct deposit! Sign up now by completing the enrollment form available in the Payroll and HR offices or on the EOC Intranet under “Finance” posted on under Forms, Payroll Forms: “Self Service Enrollment” click here . Once enrolled, you will receive the login instructions via e-mail.
What about those that are not signed up?
Printed copies of all W-2 will be mailed to each employee’s home address on file the week of January 26, 2009 once they have been received and processed.
