Reporter Sasha Khokha interviewed Fresno Mayor Ashley Swearengin on the city’s new brand platform – “ a set of guidelines that govern all aspects of a brand: visual elements, messages, perceptions and implementation” ( www.askjim.biz) – designed to enhance the city’s image. The brand platform includes a new city logo and six brand pillars: land stewardship, authentic America, big city amenities, small town ease, diverse population and innovation.
