| Recently, staff from our IT Office set out to provide Sanctuary Youth Services with technical assistance while the program staff gave their office a mini-makeover; computers need to be disconnected, moved, and reconnected. The goal: to do so without disrupting client services or the daily office routine.
Mission accomplished! Not only did IT staff meet Sanctuary Youth Services goal, but they also met their Office’s own goal: to deliver high quality client services.
“The IT staff made it possible for us to function as a program while our office was being painted and carpeted,” writes Joe Martinez, Community Relations and Outreach Manager for Sanctuary Youth Services. “The staff was diligent, professional and courteous during this entire process. In addition, we were still able to use our computers with little or no disruption to our clients and staff. I was so impressed by the quick response of the IT team and more importantly how efficient each one was in completing the task to the end.”
