We can’t seem to say it enough… thank you former Board Chair Moses Stites!

During this month’s Board of Commissioners meeting, Roger Palomino, our Executive Director, presented Mr. Stites with a plaque recognizing his years of dedication to the Agency as Board Chair and Commissioner. His successor, Board Chair Vong Mouanoutoua, also thanked Stites on behalf of the board for his many years of service, leadership, and commitment; Reverend McCoy followed with a few generous and touching words on behalf of the NAACP.

But not all who honored him during the meeting where Commissioners. Executive Director of Fresno County Rural Transit Agency, Jeff Webster, presented Mr. Stites with a gift of appreciation on behalf of FCRTA for his many years of service dedicated to transportation services.
