| Over 100 management staff attended Wednesday’s “Preventing Workplace Harassment, Discrimination and Retaliation” training. The harassment training, required by state law, was lead by Shelline Bennett, Attorney at Law.
Our managers learned about the various protected classifications and visual, verbal, and physical actions that may be perceived and even misconstrued as harassment. The group also reviewed case studies, our Agency’s policy against harassment (policy number 5040), corrective actions, and ways to resolve any conflicts.
