No matter how big, small, emotional, or tedious the task might be, these selfless volunteers have given 100% of themselves for the betterment of our Agency and our community. Five of our own volunteers were honored during HandsOn Central California’s 42nd Annual Hands Across the Valley Awards Luncheon.

Among the nominees were Foster Grandparent volunteers Margarita Cortez and Lupe Martinez and AmeriCorps volunteer Pa Vue. Two others, Scott Bennett and Daniella Valencia, walked away as this year’s Humanitarian Award and Outstanding College Volunteer of the Year Award recipients, respectively.

Congratulations to all of our volunteers! We could not continue to serve our community without your support, commitment and dedication.
