In an effort to better serve the community, our Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) will be moving from the Executive Plaza to its new location on Stanislaus. As of July 19th, LIHEAP will be located at 1371 Stanislaus Street.

Customer service is important, and LIHEAP’s experienced staff is ready to help the needs of the community. In an effort to be more efficient, more representatives will be on hand to reduce wait time and to serve more clients in a timely manner. The new infrastructure and one-on-one service allows representatives to handle clients while maintaining a great level of customer service.

“We are concentrating on building relationships with our clients,” says Gilda Arreguin, LIHEAP Manager. “Whether our client is in need of help paying a regular energy bill, or is worried about their 48-hour shutoff notice, our new location is equipped with the most advanced software and experienced staff to help with our clients needs.”
