As of January 1, 2010, employees enrolled in the Health and Welfare Benefits plan are required to utilize 90 day prescription refills for maintenance medications. The refills can be purchased at a local CVS pharmacy or through Mail Order.

For any new maintenance medication prescriptions, the initial prescription and one courtesy refill can be picked up at any network retail pharmacy. After that furture refills must go through mail order, or a local CVS pharmacy.

To get started simply complete a Mail Oder form, sign up at Caremark.com, or contact Fast Start at 1-800-875-0867 with the name of your prescription medication and your physician information and they will take care of the rest.
