If you are 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen, simply click here (https://www.sos.ca.gov/nvrc/fedform/) to download a registration form. You can then fill it out and mail or drop it off to your nearest elections office or United States Post Office. All forms must be hand-delivered or postmarked no later than today, October 18th.
