| After a long day at work, it may be difficult to make it to your local polling place to vote in the California Statewide Election. You can still make your voice heard by completing a vote-by-mail ballot.
Registered voters can request a Vote-By-Mail ballot. Simply click here (http://www.sos.ca.gov/elections/vote-by-mail/pdf/fill-in-vote-by-mail-app-instruct.pdf_), complete the application and return it to your local county clerks office by October 26, 2010. Once processed, a ballot will be sent for the upcoming election.
Once you receive your ballot, you can fill out your vote-by-mail ballot and mail it to your county elections office, or return it to your local polling place. All ballots must be received on Election Day by 8:00 p.m.
