|  Employment and Training staff took a day off from their daily work duties to replenish their spirits and refocus on their goals during Employment & Training’s annual Staff Development Day.
The group of 64 watched American Idealist: The Story of Sargent Shriver and learned how Community Action came to be.
“I was moved by Sargent Shriver’s story,” says one Employment & Training employee. “His vision and dedication to seeing that vision become a reality is inspiring. What a role model!”
The group partook in team building exercises and brain stormed ways all employment and training programs can better serve its clients.
