|  Employment and Training’s Frank Mills III passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 16, 2010 at the age of 39. Frank was a Career Development Specialist with Employment and Training and was with the agency for over 14 years.
Frank was highlighted in our Celebrity Spotlight early this year. He described himself as easy-going, fun-loving, and a sports junky. In his free time, he was president and coach for the Fresno High Pop Warner Football team coaching children ages 6-12.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at the Jesse E. Cooley Jr. Funeral Service on 1830 S. Fruit Avenue, in Fresno from 1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Services will be held Thursday at 10:00 a.m. |
