After dedicating 40 years to our Agency and the community, Victor P. Lopez – Program Coordinator – is moving on to greener, less stressful pastures – RETIREMENT.

Dozens of colleagues packed our Board Room for a reception in his honor. Brian Angus, Executive Director, along with Board Chair Vongsavanh Mouanoutoua, former Executive Director Roger Palomino, and Community Services Director Lalo Acevedo thanked Mr. Lopez for his dedication to the community. Mr. Lopez took the floor, thanking EOC for the opportunity to help realize his dreams of improving the quality of life for the low-income community.
