The JOLI Program is a job creation program
authorized by the Congress under Section 505 of the Family
Support Act of 1988, as amended. The purpose of the program
is to demonstrate and evaluate ways of creating new employment
opportunities for certain low-income individuals through
the provision of technical and financial assistance.
