Mission To be a catalyst for the development of social and physical environments that facilitate drug-free lifestyles, and promote community norms discouraging alcohol and other drug abuse.
   
Goals To address risk and protective factors influential to AOD use/abuse
   
Measurable Outcomes The Program measures numerous outcomes that reflect decreases in appropriate risk factors at the community, family, school and individual domains. Assessments also measure increases in protective factors within these same domains.
